We engineered our technology to be "plug-and-play" for the glass industry. The eclipse™ ELM is a thin glass insert that fits directly into your existing production process. Because it is compatible with standard PVB and EVA interlayers, processors can utilize their current autoclaves and vacuum bagging systems. This eliminates the need for expensive new machinery or specialized CAPEX investment.

To support modern architectural curtain walls and expansive automotive sunroofs, our technology scales up to 2.9 x 3.3 meters. Unlike other smart glass technologies that suffer from voltage drop over large surfaces, our pigment-based system ensures uniform switching speeds across the entire panel, regardless of size.

To maintain the highest optical clarity and prevent contamination, lamination should occur in a Class 1000 (ISO 6) cleanroom. Since most high-end processors already maintain these standards for architectural and automotive safety glass, adopting eLstar technology is a natural extension of your existing professional fabrication capabilities.

The glass requires a low-voltage connection at the panel edges. Because our system operates at ultra-low power (~1W/m²), it uses standard thin-film connectors that are easily concealed within a glazing pocket or frame, making the wiring process as straightforward as installing standard heated glass.
